Archbridge CEO Gonzalo Schwarz is joined by Dr. Clay Routledge, the institute’s Vice President of Research and Director of the Human Flourishing Lab, to discuss individual agency. They talk about the concept of “existential agency” and the need for an outward, action-oriented view of well-being to overcome barriers to human flourishing. They also discuss agency’s role in helping people achieve upward mobility by seeking to fulfill their human potential.
